I actually have a video on some of the craziest ones I've ever done.
I also have had many other interesting experiences such as successfully converting B+N checkmate during a blitz game in-person, but this is a checkmate I know well as you can see from this YouTube short of me solving the chess.com B+N checkmate drills:

A position like this is very possible too. With the mating pawn taking a piece.
