Quiters! I hate them.

The winner of the game should decide if a rematch is going to be played(a.k.a if winner will waste more time with the worthless loser). I hate people that lose and then offer a rematch instantly. Especially if I was black and completely outplayed them. I will never accept those challenges.

Well usually players just resign and don't quit. At least when I lose, I don't disconnect immediately after losing a major piece. I try to win it back in 3 to 5 moves and if that doesn't work out then yes I resign. Even proffesional players don't continue the game after being down a lot of material. Besides your rating is really low so you mostly get paired up against players who potentially get really frustrated and rage quit!

i like it when my opponent resigns. it saves me a lot of time.  also if you know you cant win than your wasting time.  i know alot of people like to give check mate but that doesn't mean you have the right.           resigning is a rule and if its better than your opponent leaving and making you wait out his time

Exactly. This is an online game, you usually play it when you have a little bit of spare time. If you know you won't be able to win than what's the point of continuation.

I truly and honestly can't understand how you'll feel about resigning. It's completely unfathomable to me to quit a game no matter how high or low my skill level is. To me is a badge of dishonor to myself to quit anything. If chess is a game of dishonor then that's not the game that was taught to me! BTW I'd love to play any of you and most likely lose,But I won't quit!

If you want to play a game then yes.

Usually, if I see some way to stalemate, hold the draw, or otherwise win in a lost position using the chess tactic known as "hoping your opponent blunders", I don't resign. For example, in the following position, I saw a way to hold out stalemate with the tactic.

In other positions, it's almost hopeless and I just resign.

Resigning is a part of the game just like castling.  There's nothing honourable about playing on all the way to the end nor dishonourable about not doing.  It's just a game and you can lose in multiple ways.

Game #2 Why would black resign? It looks to me that player still had a few options.

Also I'll play anyone. I don't care what level they are. Like I said I will most likely lose, and I won't quit. Also any game played is a learning experience to me. BTW I mostly only play the 10 minute version. Time restraints.

I consider positions of that nature often more resignable than if I am a Bishop down.  If I have zero counter-play and all my pieces are squashed up it's no fun at all if there's nothing to do but wait for inevitable defeat.  If I'm simply a piece down then I will sometimes play on in a Gung Ho manner just trying to cause my opponent problems with aggressive play and then resign when it fails!

That paired with it being a daily game of a person who has a tight schedule.
