"Chess Live" Game Abort Issues

Constant problems with screen freezeup, opponents clock runs when it's my move,and game wont let me move, resulting in loss on time or game aborted. I'm receiving "Fair Play" warnings, and the threat of being restricted to friend only play. Any help appreciated. Not only concerned about restriction, just tired of getting 20-30 moves into a game and having it turn into an automatic loss.....

What browser and operating system are you using? Any plugins or extensions on your browser? Other programs running in the background?

No Plugins, No Extensions. , Win Vista, Internet Explorer on the laptop....10%...Android App 90% of the time. Doesnt seem to matter which one Im using. Have already been prompted to leave explanation w/Google review onChess.com App crash several times...

when i start my game ,my opponents dont play,the clock keeps on ticking,i resigned and my rating went down without even playing a move,this is a serious problem this happened to me 4 times ..what do i do now

Teja1995- If you abort games too frequently your ability to abort games is revoked and you have to either resign or play. The game should automatically abort (on your opponents behalf) if they haven't made a move within 15-20 seconds.
