Its because in that exact position black won 100%, but after you make a move you are on a new position which could have been reached by different move order thus avoiding the position from which black won 100% of his games.
Does that make sense?
"Explore" problem.

In using the "explore" button on chess opennings, I've discovered a problem.
It will list x number of games, if you do this move white win's this % and it draws that % and black wins such %.
From time to time, it will show that black won 100% of the time, in all twelve games.
OK, click on that move, the move that Black won 100% of the 12 games.
Every time I do that, I see a whole new list of possibilities, some white wins this %, it draws that % and black wins another %.
But wait a minute, if on the prior move, the move I'm now exploring, black won 100% of the time, shouldn't black win all variations afterwards?
Example, if by moving d4, black won 100% of the time in all 12 games, then I click on d4 and it shows far more than 12 games and black not winning all of them.
Something's wrong, if the d4 move had black winning always, then the next screen showing the moves after d4 shouldn't have white winning some of the time, it said black won 100% of the time and there were only 12 games, now I see hundreds after the d4 move.
