I liked it. Obviously its Hollywood and so has some inaccuracies. But its a fun movie, especially if you love chess.

Hi J, so I finally got to see the movie 
. I liked it! I think they should have used another actor as Bobby. The actor did good, but he reminded me of spiderman too much .

I liked it. You can watch the whole thing for free on YouTube. I did watch it in theater the first time though.
I don’t know the fine details of his life so I can’t attest to its accuracy. I only knew the basics and it seemed to follow along those lines.

I just re-watched it the other day and I also think it was well done overall, though I know many chess "purists" who strongly disliked it. There are indeed many inaccuracies, both from an historical and a chess perspective, yet I did sincerely enjoy it and I think the acting was extremely good too!
