Randomly Blundering

I've personally beat several 1000 plus elo players, beaten advanced bots without much difficulty, and usually play at 70+ accuracy. Despite this, I'm only 700 ELO and I've began to blunder games frequently for some reason. Any ideas as to why I'm making so many mistakes right now, and why I'm playing under my level?

Not sugar coating it, beating several 1000s doesn't mean much, going 50/50 against 1000s means you're probably 1000 rated. 700s should beat 1000s 1/7 games. Beating advanced bots means next to nothing since they're programmed and it's not accurate to human ratings or play. 70+ accuracy is also relative. If your opponent hangs a piece every move, you taking it every once in a while is good enough to be considered 70+%, that doesn't necessarily mean you played stellar, it could be you played well, or it could be your opponent played awful, or both. Don't put too much stock into game review accuracy or beating bots or when you occasionally beat higher rated players. Focus on playing good chess and the rating will follow.

As for making many mistakes and blunders, you're not playing under your level, you're playing exactly at your level. You're making a lot of mistakes and blunders because you're a 700. As for things you can do, you could start by using more than 2/10th of your time. If you queued for a rapid game, you shouldn't be dead lost within 2 minutes because you took less than 10 seconds a move. When you're new to chess, you can't make good move instantly. Use your time, figure things out, and blunder check. Look at what your opponent did and what the purpose of his move is. Look for what changed in the position and before you move, make sure you aren't hanging mate or a piece. As a general rule, you should use at least 70% of your time by the end of the game. This will instantly make you a stronger player, just know how to manage your time correctly. The stronger you get, the more you'll be able to sense the moment of when you should use your time.

Uh I've beaten 1000 rayed players with relative ease before. It is true that I haven't really been concentrating much on my chess games recently, but I usually play much better during my games. Thanks for the input anyways
