When I look up my site ranking it states n/a. Is this info only given for paid members or must I play a minimum of games 1st?

same thing used to happen to me but it was solved after i played about 10 games. i think thats the answer

Yup, n/a because your still provisional. I think that Dommy's right - 10 games and your in the loop! Win them all and you'll be right up there :)
