Ranking variety

Good morning,
I consider myself to be ranged somewhere between 1200 and 1300 points in 3min blitz games.
I manage sometimes to move as high as 1460 points and then within the next few days I drop some 150 to 250 points....
Does anyone experience the same thing? I am struggling to find a reason for these drops.... Since it happens within days I should not have forgotten how to play...
Any thoughts?
