"Rapid Chess Improvement" - worth it to buy the book?

I've read de la Maza's two articles on rapid chess improvement ("400 points in 400 days," Part One and Part Two).  I flipped through the book quickly in the store and it seemed like the exact same material with a few photos...is there anything in the book that is worthwhile if you've already read the articles?

Practice tactics lots and lots and lots.

CT-ART is a good program

If motivated, make yourself an insane study plan based on tactics and chess visualization.

Now you don't even need to read the articles.

CT-Art is excellent. I think there are a demo available on the download area.

Oh, And the Tactics Trainer available at this site is also very good but I find CT-Art to be even better.
