In terms of say 15/10 rapid games, at what ratings range did you start to encounter opponents regularly (say 25% or more of the time) playing without blunders or mistakes?

IDK, mistakes are still very common in the 1800s. Look at my game versus zaimsej.

Going back about 20 games, I see you played a clean game against robertgaur. You had one other very high-rated game blemished by only a single miss. Couldn't find any of your opponents posting a clean game in that span.

++ Nowhere.
Even at the Toronto 2024 Candidates' Tournament with classical time control and 2700+ Grandmasters the average is 1.1 mistake/game.
