Hello, I have noticed that my rating keeps going down for some time now. it also shows me a different rating for different people. I just won a game and lost 52 points. Can you please help me fix this? Thank you, Dawnmarie

If you are using the app there is some glitch when you finish a game with the +/- rating points shown for that game. However if you look at your stats page and overall rating the correct points are actually being awarded/deducted for wins and losses.
