rating chess.com vs FIDE

can anyone tell me what is Elo rating of a player who has rating of 1500 here ?

actually i will play my 1st real tournament next month and i would like to know if i have rating of 1500 here and i can beat a player of 1600...then will it be equal to beating a player of same fide rating in real life tournament ?? or will it more or less ?

not sure what you can infer from that though. I think online and OTB are different. obviously related, but different.

thanks a lot. it helped. i guess, if i have a rating of 1500 here in standard time games than my FIDE rating would be approx. 1600.
