I wonder how players are rated the highest in tt are all above 3000 and over 90% success in tt but live chess rating lower than 1500 in rating and the highest players aren't even GM.

The one point I feel you are not taking into account. In Chess Mentor, you are not playing a game but guessing the better move. You also have the aids of "Key Squares", "Key Pieces" and "Correct Square", "Correct Piece" so it's very easy to enhance your rating in Chess Mentor and lose it in an actual game. Chess Mentor is only a training tool, if used correctly you should improve your playing habits.
Im really surprised about this: I see many people with all ratings are almost the same but one rating is far to high. For example: I saw a few minutes ago a 1200-1300 rated player with à chess mentor rating above 2800!! he did just played 2 lessons and his lowest rating ever on chess mentor was 2600 ( normally you see 1200 cos u start with 1200 rating ) so is this an setting or is this an hack? saw more people starting with 2000 rating too in tactics!
