I have just, within the last 30 minutes, "beaten" a player in an online game with the two move mate (I don't know whether it has a name) where the loser has to move two pawns - g2 - g4 and f2 - f3, followed by me moving Queen to h4 mate.
I took a look at the opposition's recent games and saw many losses the same and similar to this. His rating was recently above 1500 and has now collapsed to about 1300 in a short space of time. Is he deliberately losing in order to distort his rating? Is he trying to qualify for a lower rated tournament? Should it be reported and if so, how does one go about it?
