Does the person play a lot of all of them? And recently? The answer is obviously that he sucks at bullet, does pretty well at blitz, and okay at standard.

I had a surprisingly easy win over an 1866 player and went to his profile to see some of his other games. At the moment he has a bullet rating of 1388, a blitz rating of 1857, and a standard rating of 1601. How can any one have this range of rating?
