This rating system, is it accurate? I mean is it similar to the international rating system?

Ratings are really only accurate within the pool of players. So, in general, the Chess.com player pools will be different than OTB pools so the ratings are likely to differ.
There have been a lot of topics discussing if there are any correlations between the ratings and how to potentially derive formulas to convert a Chess.com rating to FIDE, for example. For some people it works fairly well, for some it doesn't. But again, ratings are really only valid/accurate within their own pools.

Ratings used to be clear, until couple of days ago... Week ago, with 1630 points, I have been in 90th percentile. Just two days ago, with same rating, I'm in 80th percentile.
It seems like chess com have cleared large number of inactive players...
