Rating Update Bug

Hello. My blitz rating is 2007, yet shows 1600 when I go to the stats page. i've played 31 games in this time control, so my rating shouldn't still be provisional. Is this a well known bug or is it something new?

Does anyone have any advice on how to fix this?

To be 2007 at blitz after two days is ludicrous

Are you sure you're checking the right rating? I see your rapid chess 1600 and blitz 2136

No my bullet is 2136. I haven't played any rapid games on this account yet.

There's a known bug with that and staff are aware

This should be fixed. If you haven't played a game in an impacted pool, you'll need to play a game for it to update correctly

I have the same problem, I think. I should have 2400, but it still shows an old rating. I think there’s been a glitch on the site.
