No.
You only get a FIDE rating by playing FIDE rated events. You can't play FIDE rated events here.
Is it very necessary to get FIDE ratings?? I think chess. com and FIDE ratings are of same value

Ratings primarily are just a way to gauge general strength and to pair opponents together. Their value is relative to the pools of players.
Ratings aren't strictly necessary but if you wan't to compare two players and their strengths, then using the ratings from the same pool, is useful.
