What does a draw mean in NSWJCL ratings? In rating, does a draw mean a 1/2-1/2 and gain or loss in rating compared to ratings, or is it counted as a win for both players, or a lose for both players, so you gain the same amount of rating points as if you won the game, vice versa?

NSWJCL= new South Wales junior chess league.

Their website refers you to their magazine for info on their ratings. http://www.nswjcl.org.au/Ratings/ratings.htm

At any rate, a draw is normally counted as 1/2 for both players.

The ratings calculations depend on the difference in ratings of the two players. Normally, the higher rated player loses points for drawing with a lower rated player (and vice versa).
