Ratings what's a good rating?

Everybody will judge looking from their perspective. An IM will thing the GM level is the good rating and an 1000 rated player will assume 1200 its a good rating. In my opinion its from 1800, jut because that the level where I struggle to beat them. 

I would say 1000 is descent, 1500 is nice, 2000 is advanced, and 2500 is master.

If you were 100, even if you lost, you can’t get lower rating. 

if you have raiting 100  you always lost

Most of my irl friends who play for years are around 1500, so i guess thats a good rating. For playing a yr or two like me 1200 is OK. Now, 1800 and so forth is really good and requires real efforth

It depends on the time control. I guess 1700+ is a good rating. 1300-1699 is decent but not great yety.

I think 800+ is a good rating 1200+ means your intermediate and know chess well 1500+ means your nearly in the advance category and 1800+ means your advanced 2000+ is for masters
