Instead of using the +50 and -50, why not make the minimum and maximum ratings 50 points with in your own rating,

I have filtered my opponents to be no worse than -50 points against me but it still allows players over 150 points worse. Considering it's bullet chess i play it is somewhat of a leveller and does affect me because i lose a ton of ratings points when i lose. Is there no fix for this? So far i have taken all comers but now i'm gonna start refusing but i hear you end up forced to play or resign which isn't cool at all.
