The community policy is not conditional or negotiable. I suggest you not spam links and if you want to promote a club to use the Clubs and Teams forums.

The point of having an achievement for having 100 people take a look at your blog post was to encourage you to write something that people might be interested in reading - not to have you post "Read This Article" and beg.
Even if you get the achievement, it will be a hollow victory.
I encourage you to think hard about what you can do to make your post interesting. It can be challenging to come up with something good but I feel confident that you can do it. Even if your first effort does not succeed, you will learn something in the process.
