I think 1000 Games played should equal 1300 At least.
Reasonable Expectation

Joined chess.com recentlyish. Played Chessmaster game for about 6 Months prior to. I started up again playing Standard games 30 Min. I get in like 5 or so a day with a few puzzles and analyzation.
At this rate what is a reasonable OTB rating?
I see some people who have posted saying they started playing tournaments at like 1400-1500 then in a year 17-19...
(Do people who just learned the rules really hit 1400-1500 in a tournament!?)
How incredibly likely is that and how many real hours are required?
Is 1500 A common jump from beginner status?
At what rate?
How long are you talking?
A year?
5 years?

1 Year Should get me a Solid 1500 And touch 1600? I wonder if the same is possible with Physics rating.

Yes, I think a year could get you to a solid 1500 here with what you state (I think more tactics).
But those are Standard games, right, not blitz or bullet.

It varies for person to person. I've been playing on this site for 2 years already, and look at my rating.

I have been playing for 40 years or so.
I would try and improve and not make much progress so I would stop.
I started playing seriously again earlier this year (maybe Feb/Mar), but I am taking it slow. I have also been told that my rating is lower than my actual strength.
I think with a concentrated effort it can be done.
But macer is correct, it will vary from person to person.
