Recommend a computer opponent that plays at 1800 UCSF

Am looking for a computer opponent to spar against that plays about 1800 strength. 

If anyone's about that strength in OTB tournament play, and could recommend an online or android engine that plays them to equality most of the time, would be appreciated.

Expert computer on here...I understand it is 2000..but it's more like 1850.

Shredder. You can set it at whatever strenght, and it doesn't play like Kasparov only to suddenly hang a piece, but makes smaller mistakes between good moves.

Any chess engine can be adjusted for skill/ability

I have Fritz 13 and i set it to the hightest level and spot myself a Rook, and play.

Shredder shreds you lol...it is sooo deadly.
