reconnect disconnect

Thanks you for all the comments. It breaks down like this: A Grandmaster from Germany agrees. It has to do, according to him, special software. Another player said some player have a "lag switch" that they use to pull the old disconnect trick. Another player said there was a disconnect button on the corner of the playing screen.After this post I'll check.

Others response explained it as follows: One said it was my internet connection was causing al the problem. Other posted comments again explaining that no one was cheating and why?

Here's my reply. I want anyone who would like to give me an explaintion for the following occurances. I have played about 60 times in the last two day. I'm trying hard to improve my game.

The disconnect followed by the reconnect happened 7 time. All were against higher rated players that I had a strong postional advange over or I was ahead on material. Why did 7 times the disconnect followed by the reconnect only happened then? Why did it always take all my time away and never the other player? If it's not done on purpose how come my time was gone in ALL seven games? If is just happens randomely don't you think by the law of odds it might be in my favor just once? Why does the disconnect never happen if I'm clearly losing? I'm sticking with my orginal position. It's done by players who don't want lose to a lower ranked play.

It's either special software, or internet connection. Undecided

I think this means the other player might be cheating somehow. I evev had a player who I beat admit they were cheating when this was going on.

Option 1

Disconnect => changes tab, uses chess engine

Reconnect => plays move

Option 2

Bot/chess trainer disconnects so it can freely manipulate the game pieces without any restriction. Then it reconnects.
