Record previous chess games

Hello all! I'm not a great chess player but recently had what I consider a good game of chess versus a computer (Chessmaster computer) that I'd like to save. Chessmaster lets you step through a previously played game and so it's saved there for me to review, but does anyone know of another program that I can use to step through the game I played and then save it for future reference? I would like to be able to save this to another program, and then step through it anytime to either show other people or study myself.

The game is already recorded, like I said. So, ChessBase and Chess Assistant allow you to save and step through the game (rewind, forward, etc)?
