Comparing yourself to Manus Carlaen 🤣. Keep smoking your devils plant buddy

You comparing yourself to me is even more ridiculous than me comparing myself to Magnus.

The number of games it would take for you to beat me in an OTB game would be more than the number of atoms in the observable universe.

Magnus is like the speed of light - we can approach him, but we can never surpass him ...

You're here to gloat pal. And I can tell by your attitude you're not sportsmanship material. Just a shadow of his former self living inside his mind making fake scenarios in his head thinking he could be Magnus Carlsen one day.

I know that this isn't what you want to hear, but...

Your opponents are correct. There ISN'T any way to convert online ratings to FIDE ratings.

A chess rating isn't a magic number handed down by God, and it isn't a scientific measurement.

It is a rough four-digit summary of your past results AGAINST A CERTAIN FIELD OF OPPONENTS.

Even ratings as closely related as chess.com Blitz vs chess.com Rapid cannot be compared because the field of opponents is so different. A 1200 Blitz rating has no direct connection - and certainly not a mathematical algorithmic relationship - to a 1200 Rapid rating. Apples and oranges.

And when you try to compare either of those things to a FIDE rating derived from face-to-face play under tournament conditions, it isn't even a matter of comparing apples and oranges. You are comparing apples and vacuum cleaners.

Well done Blue. Something direct and positive towards the topic of conversion. Not some Magnus daydreamer
