Remember: Chess is a kid's game. Have fun!

Something that has completely changed the momentum of my game is taking a step back to remind myself chess was created to have fun. I just wrote an article on this, titled "I changed my perspective on chess and now I can't stop winning", which you can read here. In the article, I write how after losing multiple games and getting frustrated, I realized I was failing to have fun. So, I decided to try to play chess like a kid would. Arrogant, fun, aggressive. Kid's want to checkmate you, they don't want to do "theory" or get in to the "end game". They want to scream "checkmate!" so everyone knows they just won. And I started winning a lot of games that way.

What do you think? Do you think chess should be approached as as "game" rather than something frustrating / studious / etc?
