Reporting harassment

Why we cant report when opponent insults us at this site? Also, why there's no option to report when opponent is cheating (chess engine use)? Both things happen frequently, and i'm not satisfied with block button only. Such bad losers must be punished with ban!

You can never be sure despite what others say.

Abused by a chess engine ?!? U can report it to the staff. But all cheaters are systematically eliminated by statistical procedures, well functioning here anyway.

LoL It's easy to check. Just compare moves with engine's suggestions.
