Exactly. I completely agree. The point is that dalmatinac said if either player runs out of time, the arbiter would give a draw. This used to be the case, but not anymore, see post #14. above. There was a previous heated argument on this in another forum where it was proved that the win would even be given in the case of a lone bishop. I think its daft, but that is the current rule.
