yes I agree like bro you see me resigning all my games so that I don't have 76 people to play against
Resigning
Pretty sure this happens only when you use this to Play in lower rated tournament and not just resigning
Google AI is trash. And of course it doesn't answer the question.
I think he just put the wrong question and said "What is sandbagging" instead of "Will i get banned if I resign too much"
In chess, sandbagging means intentionally lowering your rating on purpose so you can:
-
Enter tournaments with lower rating sections
-
Gain an unfair advantage against weaker opponents
-
Win prizes that are meant for lower-rated players
Common sandbagging tactics include resigning won games, losing on purpose online, or opening new accounts to keep ratings artificially low.b

We know what sandbagging is, But that dosen't answer OP's question.
What you want to do is wrong. It's called sand bagging which is the same as cheating. What is it with this "I'm bored". It seems to be a thing now. And seriously. How can anyone be bored with all there is to do?

Will I get banned for resigning many of my daily chess games? I am starting to get bored with daily chess, and I'm stuck in the tournament, so I really want to leave and quit playing daily chess. I am wondering if that is sandbagging or not, and I have already tryied to use vacation time
