Does anyone know how to remove the "disable chat"??? playing with my grandson &disable popped up....please help😯😯

If it say disable or should work. But once the chat is disabled it can't be enabled again for that game.

thank you.....my grandson and i cannot figure out what we may have done wrong. still playing the game that it popped up on. hopefully it will restor after this game....thank
