Road to 800 elo is full of cheaters and smurf ong

Literally played this one guy rated like 740 and my dude predicted like every attack I put on him , I reviewd the game and no 700-800 elo player I ever played has ever made 4 great moves in a game

I could tell this guy was either a smurf or a cheater because this guy asked for a rematch , and as I know. Nobody would ask for a rematch if they knew that they wouldnt be 100% sure they would win.
And you are that sure only on two occasions: either when your opponent is breaking mentaly or you are rigging the game , so I ended up reporting him both ways.

He isnt the only one tho , basically I've reported so many people and most of the time they ended up being cheaters

Also I have noticed that most of these cheaters come from a "one specific country" like bro you really giving a whole country a bad name just by being unfair in a game
