rook odds or giving up a piece at the start

Hi,

I would like to play with my young nephew who is a great player for his age, but I would still like to give him a rook or something of that sort to start.  Is there anyway at chess.com to set up a gave like this.  For example, starting without my queen rook.

It would be nice (and easy, using the method shown above) to see a set of these odds positions added to the pre-set openings here -- unrated, of course.

Unfortunately you don't seem to be a premium member and thus are unable to create your own tournament's with a fixed series of moves to begin with, but indeed you could install these as an opening for a thematic tourney :)
