Luckily my account is fresh, so I haven’t come across this type of person yet, but when you play fighting games there are tons of people like that, you just gotta report, and either block or ignore them. Or disable messages like post #5 said.

yes, if you play a lot of games (shorter ones) you come across such people. You can´t prevent it. Three things to do! Disable the chat, put the thumb down and ban the person (so he/she will never disturb you) and, if necessary, report them. Don´t get angry, don´t waste time answering, just play the best chess you can. Such people are absolutely not worth any attention!
Last half a year I only play daily games and nothing like that happens. That is nice!
Click on their name, then click the little exclamation point icon, and then press “cheating.” There’s a box for optional extra information I believe.

Ok, I've done as instructed. We'll see whether my suspicions hold any merit to the point it is incontrovertible. I know it's not an exact science, but this was ringing alarm bells after analysis. It was like I was playing alpha zero in unorthodox lines from what should have been a theoretical game.
Have a look at his account, especially when you receive a message vom chess.com where they thank you for informing them. They don´t tell names, but....

There was one guy who was not only cursing at me, but there was a draw chance he had to take my queen the next move, but he wanted to win so he made me wait for the whole match
