Since there's so much confusion on how to run Leela in a GUI (Windows), I created a tutorial with screenshots:

The benefit is that you can play her at a lower level than what is currently on the server. This is great, because she plays much more like a human, and doesn't artificially lower her strength by blundering pieces like current strong engines!
