Your bullet has dropped over 200 points on the last 30 days, so that might be the cause.

Keep playing games and if your rating gets closer to your peak or you maintain your current level for a while you'll be able to join tournaments again.

These seem legitimate reasons for a drop in ratings. Sandbaggers, however, are the bane of good-faith players. Thus rating floors.

I'm confused by your account, you joined 8 and half years ago, played thousands of blitz games and floated around the 1400-1500 range, then all of a sudden 2 months ago you shot up to a peak rating of 2246 and went on a 24 match unbeaten run - 2 months later you've lost 800 points and back down to your normal level, how did all of that happen ?

If you already play rapid, try take time off playing and do puzzles instead

That's absolutely not true. That said, you might get a general warning to some kinds if reports, that aren't specific enough to determine the cause. I believe getting reported for forum posts gives the same message as the one for chats
In the last 24 hours, I went from 1550 blitz down to around 1360 blitz thereabout, a lost of almost 200 points, it happens, usually when you play too much at the same time, a big drop in rating suddenly shouldn't trigger sandbagging restrictions.

A large drop should, when it comes to being able to play in tournaments. How much may be matter of debate though..
