If I understand you correctly, then I would (and have done) recommend Chess Opening Wizard. I have a paid version - can't remember if they do a free one.
There is also a facility here on chess.com which may be of help. Go here: http://www.chess.com/analysis-board-editor then use the Game Editor tab to paste a pgn or enter your moves and commentary. Then click 'embed' and either save the link or embed in a document. Each one is unique, so may serve your purpose. Here is an example I made - McConnell-Morphy

I am currentley working on a specific strategy for black. And to help me learn the different move-responds, i am looking for a website that allows me to simple edit different moves whereas i can save the game-setup afterwords online and easily find back to it when needed.
Anyone got a tip?
