how you would you play against that? if you were white? move 6

If I would be white on move six I would start developing my pieces, looking for center control and castle asap. I would be careful because blacks rook and queen are oddly placed and I tend to ‘forget’ those oddly placed pieces.

6. Nc3 or Bf4 come to mind as logical.

I’m sorry, WHY WOULD ANYONE PUT A PIECE DIAGONAL TO A PAWN IN THE BEGINNING. Just develop the other Knight
