I don’t think scholor mate will work anymore I use danish gambit now and it works but does anyone have a good substitution for scholor mate or a good opening for black

Scholar's Mate 1 e4 e5 2 Qh5 does not work, but neither does Danish Gambit 1 e4 e5 2 d4 exd4 3 c3. Ruy Lopez 1 e4 e5 2 Nf3 Nc6 3 Bb5, Italian 1 e4 e5 2 Nf3 Nc6 3 Bc4, Scotch 1 e4 e5 2 Nf3 Nc6 3 d4 and Four Knight's Game 1 e4 e5 2 Nf3 Nc6 3 Nc3 Nf6 4 Bb5 are all better. Good defences for black are 1 e4 e5 and 1 d4 d5.
