Scoring system algorithm

A mesage to the Admins...  I've been a chess com user for many years now and although im not a great chess player it is obvious to me that the designers mess with the scoring algorithm from time to time... YES THEY DO! I'm not stupid and it is fairly obvious...  This is very frustrating and annoying. Why of why do you do this ?, please explain.

It's the Glicko rating system; it's a little complicated but this article does a nice job of explaining how it works...

Baddogno, I dont think this has anything to do with the Glicko system.
I useually am around 1300 - 1400 when all of a sudden I find myself playing against 100 - 1200 players playing out of their skins.  way beyond their apparent ratings - no blunders few mistakes..  I may not be the best but this is just rediculous. You can not help but think that the paring system is being tweaked somehow - its very obvious /blatent , not just my imagin

That's exactly what happens, time and again.. very noticible.

Those people sandbag-They knowingly lose games to play against lower rated players, and innocent people like us are their prey!Chess.com should make a system to ban these people!!
