Scotch of Four Knights Scotch?

I want to learn a new opening for white, and the Scotch seems very good. But there are like 2 "variations" or smth, with four knights having both knights being developed and then d4 being played, and regular scotch immediately playing d4 after nf3. I'm just wondering which one is better. Is one more aggressive than the other? Does one have more counters? Also is the scotch gambit good?

You should just study the opening theory and do the lessons. Unless one of the people who replies to this post is a grandmaster I am pretty sure that we won't be any better than the lessons and theory.

Four Knights Scotch is better (hmmm I wonder who gave you the idea to make this post haha). You can easily learn all of the plans with GM Daniel Naroditsky’s YouTube Speedruns, just look up “Daniel Naroditsky four knights scotch” and you’ll see plenty of videos.

I hate scotch opening.

What does the title even mean? Is it a typo and it's meant to be "or" instead of "of"? Or what?

4 Knights Scotch is much simpler, way less theory, and easier for Black to equalize. You can learn enough to play it with a few hours study.

The Scotch is more ambitious, and has at least three different positional motifs which need some time and study to understand in some depth.

In regular Schotch there is a line with Bc5 and Qf6 in which white is sometimes supposed to sacrifice a pawn which is not everybodys cup of tea. Four knight Scotch is less theory heavy.
