As far as I know, there's no such setting in CM. I find it very annoying. All these were very clearly mentioned in improvement requests for CM 10, but they changed literally nothing in the next version, except adding the excellent tutorials by Waitzkin called Art of Learning.

May someone tell me how to setup secondary time controls in chessmaster XI.
For example 1 hour for the first 40 moves
30 minutes for the next 20
15 for the rest of the game.
