Serious Bug in Rating System

Not sure if it is known or it is being address but right now anyone around 400 rating apart can play eachother, and if the top rated player wins he gains 2 points while the lower rated player loses 0 points. This allows for instances such as vinyljr dropping games to koders all night and losing 0 points while koders gains free points. This issue should be addressed.

If he gets up to rating 3000, who cares? If he plays a real game he'll get trashed.

if someone wants to take the time to play 500 games to go from 2000 - 3000 then i say they deserve all the honours and priveleges coming with such a high chess.com rating.

This could be part of the plan to increase ratings for all players. Indicated here http://www.chess.com/forum/view/livechess/rating-system4  in post #5.
