I change my settings because I was getting players well above my rank but Iam still getting high ranked playes I am not getting anywhere thease are are to beat its a gresat site but not fair on the player who have a low rank number ,can anyone help me
In your last 10 games, you have played 5 players rated higher than you and 5 players rated lower. None of the higher rated players were rated more than 125 points higher than you.
Sounds like a pretty fair balance to me.

If you want players who are rated even lower, choose the rating limit from 400 to 600. But you will have to wait longer to get paired.

sara i have change my settings from players ranked from 200 points to 800
You also have to make sure you change the rating settings of your seeks. The values in your Live settings only impact people that can challenge you directly and don't impact seeks.
