Based on my experience, it is very hard to do but it gives the most significant pleasure apart from going too easy and too hard on my opponent...

Have you thought about finding a girlfriend who is better at chess? ;o)
My last girlfriend played chess and I used to beat her. Doesn't feel nice to beat someone like that. it's tough one.
