Should I put this program to my group?

Hello everyone! I have returned to this marvelous group after my summer excursions, and I have to say I'm pleased with the increase of members, but I must express myself as "Dissapointed." "Why?" you may ask. Because this group isn't very active. Nobody is really helping out with the vote chess or talking in the chat. Lucky for everyone here, I am a good Super Admin and I care. Because of this, I have decided to make a new program. I call it "Let's Get Active!" This program is designed to make the group, well, more active. Here's how it goes:

1.) The admins must prove themselves worthy of the job by creating new events, such as vote chess, team matches...etc.

2.) All admins must invite members every day (Or as much as possible depending on your schedual.)

3.) There will be a new forum or news article every week that is relevent to math or science, or of course, chess.

4.) Any admin who doesn't abide to these rules will be demoted.

5.) Any member who wishes to become an admin must be online 4 days a week and have at least 100 points. Also, a new Super Admin has been selected to assist the current ones.

6.) Any admin/Super Admin who doesn't meet the 100 point requirement or 4 day a week requirement will be demoted until they do.

7.) No complaining about this program, although I do take freindly advice on how to improve it. Those who break this rule will be demoted and banned.
