Should I use the analysis option in Daily chess? Or I should visualize moves to calculate?

I'm playing daily chess these days and it's becoming my habit to use the analysis option to calculate moves ahead, I am afraid it will harm my ability to visualize moves without moving pieces, Please share your poin of view and what I should do which will improve my calculations and overall playing skills.
