im getting better at chess games but should I stick to bullet?

It depends on if you want to become a well known female player, if you do then yes, you should probably improve all your ratings not just bullet, but it's up to you.

I think you'd see much more improvement if you played rapid instead of blitz or bullet. If you'd spent your time playing longer time controls, you would be over 1000 by now.

Depends. Play whatever you want if it makes the game fun. If you're looking to improve than play slower time controls like daily and no faster than G45.
