No. And even if it was that way, the forced rematchee could abort the game without making a move.
Sometimes people are busy, playing chess at work during the coffee break and have no time for a rematch.

Premium members have access to certain training tools, that's all. live games are the bare bones of chess.com. forcing rematches is completely illogical, there are always other variables and it is unethical in and of itself.

No. I'm a premium member and don't want the feature and don't see the need for forcing someone to do anything.

The idea that a premium member, or any other kind of member, should be able to force someone to play them is so stupid it borders on insane. Nobody owes you a rematch. You really have to worry about the mental health of these whining narcissists who think they should get to tell other people what to do,
